Denise Marie Elwood of Twin Lakes, WI. died January 8, 2020. She was born on October 1, 1954. The daughter of the late Paul and Joan (Christofferson) Newman. She was the foundation of her family. She was a gentle and loving person. Her joy came from relaxing on the porch up north and watching hummingbirds with her husband Dan. She was united in marriage to Dan Elwood on July 14, 1973. Denise also enjoyed going to the casino and found her serenity in her flower garden.

Denise is survived by her husband Dan. Mother of Shawn (Jenny) Elwood. Grandmother to Jesse and Eli Elwood. Sister to Arlene, Cheryl, Kim, Bruce and Paul. Preceded in death by her son Todd Elwood.
