Donna Lee S (Hopp) Hehl

Donna Lee S. Hehl, age 82 of Twin Lakes, WI went home to be with the Lord while surrounded by family on November 23, 2022.  She was born May 3, 1940 to the late Henry and Margaret (Hahn) Hopp.  She was united in marriage to the love of her life Joseph J. Hehl on July 30, 1960 at St. Basil Church in Chicago, IL.  

Donna is survived by her husband and soulmate Joseph. She was the loving mother and friend to Susan (Michael) Grover, Joseph (Kimberly) Hehl, Sandra Hehl and Sharon Muzzy; grandmother to Joseph, Rebecca, Ryan, Brett, Brock and Alyssa; and great grandmother to Michael and Leah.  She was preceded in death by her brother Henry (Patricia) Hopp.

Donna enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, traveling, playing the slot machines and animals.  She was loving, caring, generous, faithful, nurturing, easygoing, humorous/silly and always sharing her beautiful smile.  

The family will receive friends for visitation on Sunday, November 27, 2022 from 1:00 PM until 6:00 PM at Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home at 113 Freeman St., Genoa City, WI.  Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Monday, November 28, 2022 at 11:00 AM, and the burial will follow at St. John’s Cemetery, Twin Lakes, WI.
