Glenroy Arnold Brockmann

Glenroy A. Brockmann, 81 of Delavan, WI died Saturday January 28, 2023 at his residence.  He was born January 16, 1942 in Arlington Heights, IL.  He was the son of the late Edward and Esther (Buhrke) Brockmann.   He was united in marriage to Jean Bordman, then Vickie Babcock, and on December 20, 2000 he married Patricia Popenhagen in Elkhorn, WI.  Glenroy worked as a mechanic for over 40 years with Brellenthin Chevy & GMC of Lake Geneva, WI retiring in 2007.  He loved woodworking and tinkering in his shop, enjoyed music and gardening especially tending to his flowers, he loved fishing, hunting and playing horseshoes.  Glenroy is survived by his wife of 22 years, Patricia, his 4 children, Michael Brockmann, Brian (Angela) Brockmann both of Janesville, WI, Kathleen “Kate” (Dwayne) Wraalstad and Marirae Garlock both of Elkhorn, WI, 3 step-children: Penny Goralski of Janesville, WI, Sandra Robers of Delavan, WI and Karyn (Brooke) Chapman of Elkhorn, WI.  9 grandchildren: Patrick, Alysia (Jonathan), Brianne, Chelsea, Danielle, Brittany, Chasidy, Samantha and Alex.  11 great-grandchildren and by numerous step grandchildren and great grandchildren and by a host of other relatives and friends.  Glenroy was preceded in death by his daughter Amy, grandson Tyler, and by his 7 siblings Kenneth, Melvin, David, Chester, Alvin, Frances and Elaine.   Visitation will be 9:30 am to 11:00 am Friday February 10, 2023 at Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Homes 730 N.
