Irene Patricia Duszak, of Twin Lakes, WI, died Monday January 11, 2021, on her 80th birthday. Irene passed away at home surrounded by her loving family. Daughter of the late Theodore and Stephanie (Iwan) Lenkaski, Irene was born in Chicago, IL on January 11, 1941. After graduating high school, she was united in marriage with Wesley Duszak on June 6th, 1959 in Chicago. Irene and Wesley moved to the suburbs and raised four sons—a fulltime job in addition to her work as a secretary in the insurance industry. She was a loving mother who enjoyed cooking, bike rides, swimming, and playing racquetball and tennis.

Irene is survived by her devoted husband of 61 years, Wesley; her sons, Wesley Jr., Steve, and Richard Duszak; her beloved grandchildren, David Jr., Jacob, Gage, Ryan, Abigail, and Christina Duszak; and her sister-in-law Darlene Nicholson. Irene was preceded in death by her parents; son David Duszak; brother Jerry Duszak; sister Bernice (Donald) Grabarczyk; and brother-in-law Nick Nicholson.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory of Twin Lakes, WI is assisting Irene’s family.
